This happens...when... a model first whispers to customer..For Example - Model_Name(Whisper): Hi..

only yesterday did some point out to me that i had to type "/" to create a whisper.
i wish there was a tutorial somewhere here to explain things to noobies like me.

If you go to the bottoms of most pages on the site (excluding model chat room pages), you will find a series of menus, one of which is headed "Support". In that column is a link for the FAQ. This is a good place to start. Go to the FAQ and scroll down click on "Chat", which reveals 2 new links, one going to "Whisper Messages". This explains the whisper process. Here's the link, though it might now be too late, as you've already learned how to whisper correctly.
