and requires the user to manually click to Allow the plugin to run and take the risk of possible attacks.

C licking ALLOW makes this warning go away. Always a good idea to keep your version of Adobe Flash Player updated. Much of what we use for the video and chat has transitioned away from Flash to an HTML5 implementation but some of the video delivery still uses Flash for desktop clients.
