I have the same problem. When you click on a couple's bio, you are taken to a page that contains no information. There is a link to 'Full Bio', which is just a general page. Quote

Try to explain better:
You enter a couple room
Check on the profile icon at the right of the screen
You get:
Appearance
Full Bio: Click here
