Technical Support: Windows Vista/Chrome Emoticons Problem

I noticed that emoticons were not showing up again. I tried the old fix (going in and disabling the last version of flash) but that just disabled flash. I'm on Windows Vista with Google Chrome and Adobe Vers. 18.0.0.232

Still investigating. I don't think Flash is the culprit though as it has been more than a year since the chat part of the interface used Flash. I know it sounds lame but have you tried clearing your cache? We load the emoticons from an image where they are all contained perhaps your cached version was corrupted ...
