Technical Support: Can't stream video from models in open chat rooms or private shows.
Using an IPod touch to stream videos from models on the mobile site. It has worked nicely the last couple of days but I have not been able to see any of the models since in their rooms or private shows since this morning. I have even cleared my browser cache and history. Any other suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing that issue. May I ask if you are using Safari to view our site?
You can try to update your browser to the most current version and also restarting the device if you haven't already done so. Hope that works for you. If not, please let us know.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We were having some issues with it but it should be working for iPhone now. Please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.
