I have a problem with connecting to a model's kiiroo device. It started for me to happen since the the 29th of December.
When I try to connect then it is the very last step in the process of, where the button says connecting. After this point nothing happens.
I'm running win 10 on firefox 50.1 with flash version 24,0,0,186, and I have also tried with Chrome (v. 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)) Quote
Were you able to connect previously? 1st try completely forgetting the device that has been connected using bluetooth. Make sure it is not connected to any other devices as well. If this doesn't work please try completely deleting the application and then reinstalling it on whatever device you are using it on. Quote
Yes it was connected to the pc, (I even truned it off and on again)

Was thinking the same thing, but then I checked http://www.kiiroo.com/platform/ while I was logged on my account, and I could download the software.
The conclusion I got after "my testing" with various of browsers is that something is either wrong with my PC (which I doubt but is possible) or the site.
