I called Customer Service, to find out how long they expected the outage to be. To my surprise, the person i spoke to had NOT been told of any technical issues and, when I insisted, she did try to logon and discovered it for herself.
My point: Shouldn't customer service be advised as soon as any MAJOR tech issue (like system down) happens, so they can advise cutomers who call??? She was embarrassed, and confirmed I had been the only one who reported an outage so far. That was a good 25-30 minutes into it, which is ridiculous.
Fifteen minutes later, I tried again. I could get into the site, but not into any chatroom.
Hey, "stuff happens" ... but communication should be better. Quote

Hopefully, one of things that is being worked on is the ONGOING (back to February, on and off, according to an earlier message thread) problem posting a review. The system does not acknowledge the review has been submitted, and simply returns you to the front page. The review never shows up.
I had this issue several times over the past several months. Posted a reply in the earlier thread the other day, still happening and have been unable to post a review.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us via the Forums! We are aware of the site wide issue. It is not on your end, and we are working very hard to get the site up and running again. Parts of the site are now working while other parts are still being worked on. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
