Technical Support: HLS feed repeatedly freezing
In recent days I have had repeated problems with the video feed freezing. (chat portion of feed continues working.) After much experimentation I have found that the problem occurs when I am trying to use the HLS player and clears up when I switch to Nano player. This has occurred in multiple rooms - it is not limited to any individual or to any country's feed.

Nano is and has been the recommended player to use

Unfortunately my browser will only go to full screen video when I am using the HLS player though.

That and I have had times when I tried to switch from HLS to Nano player and it will reload, but still use HLS. The only video problems I have with Nano are on the mobile version.

i reported it to live support but nano player is allowing the last 30 seconds of pvts to leak over o.o :o oh boy

I've experienced more lag with the Nano player than HLS since the option became available.
