Technical Support: Disappearing favorites

Twice, in the past two days, I added a long-time favorite back to my Favorites, after the system had arbitrarily deleted him from the 4 favorites I had designated! He said that others have reported the same thing, and thought he did it somehow.
Also, I am seeing the indication that a favorite is online (the 1 over the heart icon on page one), even though nobody has been online. Quote

Hello, thanks for reaching out to us in the Forums. Have you tried clearing the cookies and cached images in the web browser settings? Doing this will often fix an issue like this. This used to be happening EVERY day, but I have not experienced it now in several days. Thanks for fixing it!
