I log on each day hoping to see the VODs of my private shows on Mar 5, 6 and 9. I am also uncertain about doing more private shows until VS confirm that the problem is fixed Quote
Would it be easier and more productive to e-mail customer service directly or to keep posting in this forum in hopes that they recall what we are waiting for?

I have been trying to get an answer from this site also about missing vods also for about 3 weeks,no reply from them???
But,they sure did take the money from my visa real quick!!
I have been on this site for awhile,and been a vip also,guess it does not matter?

Please keep in mind that we make our best effort to record every paid show. Videos may not be made available for the following reasons:
1. The performer requested that the show not be made available.
2. There was an error in the recording process and/or the file was corrupted during transfer.
3. Only private shows are recorded; voyeur shows and are not recorded.
4. Videos must be a minimum of 4 minutes to become part of the video archives.

I received word that 2 of my 5 missing shows are still being manually imported and that the other 3 appear not to have been successfully recorded. I am hoping that in that case, appearances are deceiving and that they do find them.

EXAMPLE:
3mins21 sec,2mins 25 sec,3mins 10secs,1min43secs,3 mins 22 sec,2 mins 02 secs.and 1 min and 57 seconds??
unless acording to what i see on my times you would not be correct?
I have never been asked by a model to block OUR time to my nowing cuz they always ask me to come back to my room???

But i have noticed this site to be not quite the same as it ahs been in the past?

Back on the topic, I have two shows with one model from March 19 and 20. I know this is not as long as others have experienced but I was really looking forward to having them in my library. What's frustrating is I have other shows since Mar 20. that appeared in my videos minutes after the show is finished.
This is the only site I visit. I understand not all sites record VOD's for their members so I appreciate this benefit but when the system doesn't work it is very disappointing. March 19 and 20 were really good shows. Quote

On topic, thank you to all who emailed me directly. You should of all received a response from me just now.
Have just received word that we were able to locate quite a number of recordings that hadn't been processed. Please know that we are currently importing those videos, and the process may take approximately 72 hours.
We appreciate your patience, and please let us know of any additional video related problems.
