@Juicin69 The debug data you listed is very helpful though I haven't found the reason yet why your connection to our video servers is being rejected. The fact that everything is fine in open and not in private has given me a good path to go down.
You mentioned earlier that you use chrome but you've also tried other browsers. Did you have any luck with the others or did this problem occur for both of those as well?

Would you mind telling me the username of the account that you used to go private with these results?
