Still waiting for shows from September, November & December to appear in my archive. I've sent numerous emails to customer support, but after being assured it was a technical hitch that would be resolved in a few days, nothing has happened and my 6 or so subsequent emails remain unanswered.
It seems that you're ignoring this problem in the hope that it'll go away. Customer service is non-existent. Tried the chat link, waited for 30 mins & no one ever responded from your end. Just constant messages saying an adviser will be with me in 30 seconds. No one ever comes!!!

I apologize that you did not receive replies to your messages, there is no excuse for that.

Unfortunately, a small number of shows were corrupted and lost during this period of time. I will message you and get more information about which particular shows are missing, but if they aren't showing now, they are likely gone forever. Sometimes we can recover them, however, and we will see what we can do.
