Technical Support: PRIVATE SHOW VODs DELAYED?
I have a pvt show I did a week ago and it still has not showed up on my content page. I have send 3 request to customer support but not a word from the site about if the recording will arrive or not.

I'm having the exact same issue. My shows from August 11th are still missing and customer support is unresponsive despite that I gave them all the details. Too bad we now have to come here publicly to get their attention.
