Starting to think that Customer Service is dealing with a backlog as well; a reaction from there is as much missing as my two show recordings.

Sorry, Guys! There was some work done over the weekend that created a significant backlog on the video imports. It will take some time, but the videos should come through.

Well yes, but i am talking about missing shows from the weekend before that. The backlog that was reported to be caught up by now.

If something is missing from last weekend, then the show did not record and there is no video.
