I find it interesting that when I reported this a week ago, I was told to clear cache & cookies and use Chrome or Firefox. Those are the only two browsers I use and Firefox does not work well.

I hope this resolves the issues for everyone.

During cam2cam-sessions I have repeatedly that my cam freezes. I got the impression that it is been going on a few days longer then the issues reported here, but could this issue still be related, or should I look elsewhere for a solution?

This knocking, and kicking off was starting a few days ago, and before the weekend. I hope it will, and has been completely corrected because it's not just distracting, but a pain, and can be frustrating being in a room, with a favorite, then it happens automatically.

The issue we've been seeing recently is related to equipment which distributes requests across a cluster of servers. The equipment in question only has one power supply and it appears there is a power issue which causes it to go offline resulting in the secondary device "taking over". During this handoff the site gets very unstable for 30-60 seconds while the connections are established.

We expedited new equipment which arrived at our main datacenter by courier late last night. We will have technicians on-hand this morning to install and monitor.





Any idea when new equipement gets switched on ?

Last night it worked for me too - but today it started again to beam me through all rooms. I get disconnect message and then I get send thru the flirt 4 free universe.

lucky man gonad. Here I am still getting room transfers, relogin icons on screen, logging out, The power supply must be playing up again. Even some rooms have chat but no video.

The new units were installed and after 14-hours of beautiful quiet operation the devices went haywire again. We performed an immediate update of the software powering these devices (which had some other snafus unfortunately) and things are stable once again. Continuing to monitor; appreciate your patience.

I hope they are stable now - and the stability just needs some time to reach europe. At the moment I get beamed thru flirtspace in supersonic speed. Even Scotty couldn't beam me that often as I got sent away last 15 minutes

still having problems for no reason :- ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and kicked off site, unable to return for 5-10 mins.
Using windows 10, google chrome, all updated cleared cookies etc. Even trouble posting and chatting.

Still having the same problems.
It even seems to be worse, now i cant be in a room for more than 10 mins without the loading error/connecting to server problem happens en i get reconnected to an other room.

Then the video cut out, the "loading...connecting to server" rotating icon appeared, and then the video resumed, but now it was choppy and it was like the model was moving in slow motion. The model logged out and logged back in--no change. I left the room, emptied my cache, re-entered. No change.

I'm on Firefox, by the way, and everything is up-to-date.

Everything has been stable since about 11am PT this morning. What you describe above sounds related to the performer's video reaching our servers and not something with your connection or the site. I've encountered similar and that's typically the culprit.

All the difficulties I reported over the past 3 months appear to be resolved. I do not have trouble logging on, moving around from room to room and accessing a successful tip without multiple attempts. I was concerned about my Google Chrome being compatible but thanks to whomever fixed it.
