No, sorry, still an issue with the March 10 VIP Daily VODs; they are not playable for free until 1 hour later at 01:00 AM Eastern :(

I appear to be experiencing this issue now as well. Just occurred tonight for the first time. It seems to be affecting only today's set of daily vods, not previous days. My VIP status is active, logged out and back in again, I'm running Firefox on a desktop with Windows 10 Home. Also tried on Chrome with the same results. Its giving me options on how to purchase the videos instead of making them available to view.

follow up to my previous post, after 10 o'clock pacific the videos became available to view, so it only seems to be affecting the first hour that they're up.

Something must still be out of sync. I won’t have anyone available to search for it and fix it until Monday. The videos should be free to you after an hour past midnight EST until we can fix it.

The development guys looked at it this week and cannot replicate the issue. The videos played at midnight, as they should. As far as we can tell, the issue was fixed. Please reach out to CS if you are still experiencing the issue and provide some details:
- Date and time you are attempting to view Daily VOD and experiencing the issue
- your geographic region

Sorry I haven't replied sooner, but I wanted to be sure the problem was truly fixed first. The
VIP Daily VODs have been showing up on time (12:00 AM Eastern) and playable the last three
nights Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with VODs from March 12th, 13th and 14th, respectively!!:)
Thanks so much to you Angela and your team(s) for your efforts in getting this problem resolved!!:thumbsup
Hopefully this problem will not recur in the switch back from Daylight Saving Time to Standard
Time the first Sunday in November.

I haven't experienced the issue described in this thread but wondered if the storyboard previewing has disappeared for anyone else. It was working earlier this week and then a few hours later that same day the storyboard preview was no longer operating. I have credits in my account so if the "less than 300 credits no preview" remains in affect that is not the issue. Thanks.

The "hover" storyboard previewing has been working consistently for me with the VIP Daily VODs.:thumbsup
