Hey all! Thank you so much for your patience. We are currently uploading the missing recordings, so please allow up to 48 hours for the recordings to appear.


If you are missing recordings of private shows, write to Customer Service (customerservice@flirt4free.com) with dates of missing shows, and they may be able to "find" them. They found the 3 recent privates I had been missing. (and thank you for that :thumbsup )

The same has happened to me. I am missing 5 video from one week period. This after years of not being an issue. I am used to having my privates within a couple of hours and group show the very next day, but suddenly it is hit or miss.
There are times I will pledge a group and not even stick around for the show because I don't want to read the moronic demands of some of the other members that think they are in a private show and the model should do all they want. For this reason, I will just wait for the video the next day with the chat removed.
All I get from customer service is the same scripted response that resolves nothing. Paying for a private show is expensive enough, I am not paying for the one time, one and done experience, I expect a copy of the show to last as long as I am a member here. I think this should go for any member, VIP or Premium.
No need for customer service to respond to this post, I know the script word for word. If you want to provide customer service, find these videos and add to our collection. We aren't just the Directors, we are also the Producers as we paid to have them made.




Over time old VODs get purged from your account. I hope you know this.

It is the only site with this extensive video library. They use it as a revenue generating source to sell you your own video back. Think about it, is there really any other benefit to being a VIP that justifies paying that much each month?
And then they sell you videos of other people shows this making them NOT private. Sure you could not share the video, but you will notice one of the ways to save the video from being purged is you must share it. In other words if they can't make money off of your private show, you can't have a copy of it, even though you paid for the private.

I had a private show two days ago and it still hasn’t appeared in my Director’s Vault. Two days is the longest I’ve experienced any sort of delay when it comes to this so I’m hoping it’ll still appear but will be disappointed if the show is lost.

I've had stuff pop up over a week later. There are times when I do 4+ hour shows and occasionally they take time to show up. I've unfortunately had a few long shows not show up over the years, but most of them do.

I had a five hour Private Exclusive with a model who is at 90cpm. Even as a member of her fan club and receive a 5% discount that’s still 85.5cpm. Only a mere 5:14 was retrieved. It was escalated and ticketed to try to find the remaining footage. No luck. So at 5130 credits per hour =25, 650 credit show. I was issued a one time refund of 8,000 credits and told the same thing. That there is no guarantee on Show Recordings. I’m a VIP as well. Very expensive to pay for 300 minutes and only get to watch 5:14. The model still gets paid for her work. Would it hurt to refund the whole show? It’s only going to go right back in the system anyhow. And the models will once again be compensated for their work again. Members pay exclusive rates for a reason and viewing a recorded show should almost guaranteed or at least reciprocated in credit value if the technology fails. None of this is cheap by no means!

And there is your mistake, you made an assumption. How do you know the model still makes her money if there is a refund?
I was with a model in private and about 5 minutes in things got weird with the video, it started freezing and then we both got kicked out. I contacted F4F and notified them of the problem and I was issued a refund of credits so we could restart the show.
About 3 days later the model asked me if I received a refund for the show and I said yes. The reason she knew is because they took the credits out of her account and she was just trying to account for the list revenue. So in the words of Felix Ungar, never Ass_U_Me.

We've looked into the issue of short recordings and found that the problem was isolated to a duration of time in which we experienced server congestion. We are making adjustments to avoid such issues and don't anticipate that this unfortunate occurrence will be common. But if you do experience this issue again, please reach out to Customer Service so we can rectify the matter right away.

Please note that a VOD recording is a different product than a show and is either purchased separately, rented separately, or made available as one of many inclusions of VIP membership. In this situation, even though a full recording was not made available, your VIP membership did result in a great discount on the live show that you bought. When you buy a show, you are purchasing the time that you are experiencing a live model performance, not a subsequent recording that may result from a live show. And since you are disappointed that the show wasn't recorded in its entirety, then the model must have provided you with a hugely enjoyable live performance on our platform. Thus, it's surprising that a refund for your live show would be petitioned.

We do regularly state that show recordings are not guaranteed, but it isn't a surprise that our Customer Service team extended goodwill to allay your disappointment. Sometimes our team sidesteps policy and extends such a courtesy to express our sincere apologies for your dissatisfaction and gratitude for your patience and understanding as we strive to improve.
