I am hoping that mine is in the backlog but the private which was over 2 hours is not present after 50 hours. Mine was held at 5:00am on 6/12 with Divora.
This is getting to be a rather bad trend.
And for god sake, please don’t send me that scripted/canned response. It is getting offensive at this point

Hello, yet another one of my videos did not come through, although two others shot afterwards has. Before you fire off one of your standardized "purchasing a private does not guarantee you will get the video" response, please take a moment to check your system. This is the third time this has happened in 7 months and each of the previous times the videos were found after much complaining and someone actually took the time to look into the issue.
