Yet again this morning the VODs are buffering continuously. The problem was never fixed. As stated above this has been happening for a long time.

Today is the worst that I have seen this problem, not possible to watch any VODs. Really needs to be a priority to fix this issue

I am glad I checked this forum. I am having the same problems and have been for a couple of weeks. I have very highspeed Internet, and I thought it might be my computer. But I have a new computer and same problem. And is it just me but every single video always pauses and buffers on the cum shot. That has been a F4F feature (flaw) forever. What's up with that??

Apologies to those of you still experiencing issues - we haven't been able to reproduce the same experience at the same times issues reported, but we have our systems team looking into what might be causing issues for those of you experiencing this buffering. Never had the problem in the past, but haven't looked at my VODs in a while. I just recently tried to view VODs I have had for over a year (and never had problems with) and now EVERY one of them is subject to buffering and pauses, as often as every 10 seconds! I did internet tests and tried other parts of this site, as well as some VODs on another site, and no problems whatsoever. It is only the VODs on this site, which had never given me a problem before.

A friend who is a techie walked me through some possible fixes, including rebooting the modem and clearing the cache and unnecessary cookies. Absolutely no difference... the VODs from here are the only files that buffer like crazy, where you literally look for five seconds, wait for three seconds, then repeat....

Just renewed my VIP, and thinking this may have been a mistake...

I assure you that this issue is not going ignored. We would never just ignore complaints about something not working. Never. Sometimes, our teams just don't have anything new to report because we're still working it out.

The VOD buffer is being reviewed by multiple teams in an attempt to find what is causing the issue. While our testing since the complaints began result in buffering for some team members, it doesn't buffer for all members and those that experience buffering don't always experience it. This type of inconsistency is a large obstacle in trying to resolve grievances. When this happens, we have to conduct various tests to rule out different variables such as customer bandwidth, ISPs outages, site traffic, and video bitrate. Because our standard health checks do not show any malfunctions in the VOD system or servers, we also have the systems team examining the equipment. Our network of servers spans across the world like a spiderweb so it can deliver the video quickly wherever you are. We have multiple servers in multiple locations, so as you can imagine, giving each one thorough review can take some time. And while you might be thinking the cause is an obvious recent change, part of our puzzle is that we didn't make any changes to the VOD system at the time these issues began; Thus why we are investigating external causes too.

We understand your frustration. We're frustrated too. And as much as we love a good prank, interrupting your solo-sexy time with a buffer circle is not our idea of fun. Please extend us a little more of your patience while we get to the bottom of this. I promise, it doesn't go unappreciated.

Out of curiosity, at what time of the night did you view and not experience buffering?

I noticed playback improvement around 430 PST but there were no adjustments made by our teams at that time. What I did notice was that my ping test results went from 117.8 Mbps in late morning, when I was experiencing buffering, to 392.7 Mbps by evening, when videos stopped buffering for me.
