I did 2 more shows today with My Sweet Beautiful Princess. I hope they don't get lost forever like it appears the Feb. 28th did.

Update, I've gotten all missing VODs except the one from Feb. 28, 2022.. I guess I can mark that one off as a lost cause..

Seems all VODs that we are going to get back have been processed. Still missing 2 group shows, one from the 18th and one from the 20th of March.

I appreciate all the effort to retrieve the missing VODs. I hope the 2 I did yesterday will soon appear as they mare very special to me.

I assure you this is not the case. This type of thing happens at least once a year, and anytime we write customer service we get this scripted response because they don't want to look into the issue. This is especially the case on the weekend. Best to wait until Monday when the A Team is back, and someone there will take your request seriously.
I too have 2 VODs MIA. What will be found when they finally look into it is that the videos are caught in some kind of chute, and once they discover the issue, most of the videos, if not all will be processed.
Unfortunately it just takes some time to get someone's attention to take us seriously.
In the meantime, other members should start coming forward and adding comments to this post who have VODS missing, this will help the process and one of the more knowledgeable CS agents will address this.
It happened to me as well. I have been waiting for 2 days for two VOD's from Friday and only got scripted responses not really addressing the issue. Very frustrating,

I would like a response also.. I am now going 36 days with one VOD, and 72 hours on 2 and 48hours on another???
And just FYI I just sent email to CS also.
