I sent a email to VS customer service and here is there response, hopefully it works now.


"Thank you for following up with us. I removed you from our mailing list, then added you back. This should resolve the issue where you are not getting email notificationfrom us. I would also check your spam and junk folders in case our mail is getting sent to those folders.

Should you still have any questions, please feel free to call our 24/7 Customer Service Department. A representative is always available to assist you."

My email notifications are still not working properly. Are other users still experiencing the same issues or have they been fixed?
Customer services are definitely not providing a good service on this matter. They are very poor at communication and keeping me updated on the progress of the investigating into the technical glitches with my email notification.

I am guessing that you already have, but...maybe check your email settings for the site? When F4F did whatever they did to restore email notifications, perhaps some of your settings were changed.

All my email notifications have been good for almost 2 weeks now, when I first had issues, I went in and turn them off for a few days, then turned them back on and rest all my settings. When they corrected the glitch, mine started comin' as before.. I have 2 accounts, and both account stopped and restarted simultaneously.. Still no answer for onsite 🔔 notifications..

I got the notification 2 hours and 25 minutes after she came online, according to the time in the e-mail and the timestamp of the e-mail.

Hi there,

Well, for what it is worth, the online notifications (bell icon) STILL isn't working for mne at all, either on PC, or on mobile device. I too look forward to when they're back! Emails are working for me at least and from what I can tell, are still delivered in a timely fashion.

That's is the one of these two I am going to continue to follow.
