Technical Support: Shows Not Recording
The last time they announced a change it was to 4 minutes as the minimum length for a pvt recording. has it changed again???

Yes, all private shows are recorded. If the recorded show is at least 240 seconds in length, it is then posted to the VOD section of the site.

Try doing a show several hours long, then come back here and tell me it's recorded.

Before I get started, I am quite aware of the FAQ on why shows do not record. I had a private with Christian and Vistra on 5-26-2013 which was 13:57 in length. I have never had trouble in the past of their shows being recorded and showing on my VOD list. I did write VS Nubia and he forward it to Customer Service Manager but since then I have gotten no response back even letting me know what could have happen to the VOD/Private. I have done Multi-User shows that have not recorded and I understand about this. However, when it is a private show and your a VIP member and the private you had with the models is something that is wonderful, it makes the decision to purchase time harder when the show is not recorded. I do not know if the private will be recovered. If it does, I would be very grateful.

...All shows should be recorded, including Multi-User shows.
Thanks Phil. I should have tried a little harder to find out what happened to the Multi_User shows that did not get recorded. I also read other posts where there are other privates showing on my VOD show list that should not be on there. I do not know if this problem is yet to be resolved.

There was a problem in March, where some VODs in the Show History were not the same as the VODs of the latest private shows. VS fixed this and I haven't seen any similar problems since then

Looks like they have not gotten all the bugs out yet cause I see a Morena Dubraska party on 9-22-2011 on the other part section of the Christian & Vistra pvt on 5-21-2013 and a Cirano & Trad Hunt party on 9-15-2011 on the other parts section of a Brad Ford prvt on 5-5-2013. Appreciate you and Phil_USA comments. Still no word back from the Customer Service Manager on the issue of a private I took with Christian and Vistra on 5-26-2013 not showing on my show list. Since then I notice that they have a private recording on June 7, 2013. Still not giving up hope that the pvt may show up but at this point it does not look very promising.

I have seen this a couple of times, but I don't think it creates any difficulties for members. May suggest an underlying problem. VS are looking into it

Just had another pvt. show that was not recorded. Things were going well for about a month, now it looks as though it has started again.

I had a multi user show several weeks ago that didn't record. The most frustrating part to me is that the response from customer service is a standard "sh*t happens" email/faq page with no indication that anyone actually researched my specific show to see what happened to it to see if it can be recovered or if there's an underlying problem that needs to be addressed.

I had a multi user show several weeks ago that didn't record. Here we are some 75 days later and nothing has changed. Though the CS reply is generated by a live (or at least we think they're live) human being, they seem rather condescending and almost auto-generated. All these extras to obtain more 'traffic' for the site has resulted in two things: 1) more basics who'll never spend, and 2) complete lack of effective customer service.

VODs are not available if the show is less than 4 minutes. This generally equates to 240 credits. If you did a special offer private show where you spent less than 240 credits, it seems possible that the show might not be recorded.
Your Show History always shows "No" until the VOD arrives. If it doesn't arrive within 48 hours I suggest you contact Customer Support (details at the foot of the page)
Here is a little mystery: I did a 5 minute show with Nick Verga on April 3 this year and the VOD was blank. I didn't pursue that, as I had nice VODs for other longer shows with him. However, I have now spotted that the counter under the thumbnail shows that 41 people have paid to see the VOD! I haven't, and it would be fun to know if anyone else can see it:
