Until there is a button as you suggest, my work around it so that not to leave the models room to go to my account is to have my account opened in the same browser as a "tabbed" page. Then it is just a click on that tab at the top of the browser window to open it and do the transfer before clicking the models room tab to go back to their window.
OK you lose seeing some of the action for a few seconds but for all intent and purposes you never leave the models room.
Thanks PeterK for the suggestion. Also, I would like to thank Doug for listening to our suggestions and ideas. I applaud his response to each of the comments that are posted as well as his ability to help us and his hard work to fixing and adding upgrades to the new interface. WAY TO GO DOUG!!! THANKS!!!

I made offer with model for private and once show half way over I wanted to tip the model however when I tried I kept getting error saying less than minute left therefore I couldn't tip. I had over 5 minutes left. I had ample credits besides the offer credits however each time I attempted to tip the model I got the error message in red saying can't tip less than a minute.. Is this something new. I tried this a second time with a different model and the message was the same. I cleared my cache and rebooted my computer before I tried to tip a second time...same message. Any suggestions?? Thanks for the help. Quote
at the moment if you scroll down the page the only thing that come under the chat frame is this:
"Become a Model | Affiliates | Privacy Policy | Copyright Policy | Terms & Conditions
18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
1996 - 2014 VS Media, Inc. All Rights Reserved."
i think could be better if the scrolling was disabled making always visible that.. or maybe deleting it from the page
the page should not be scrollable for me
kind regards

That would not be fair to the other models who are online but don't fall into the 75-80 that you are suggesting. However, an alternative possibility might be to display the first 15 or so as thumbnails, then list the rest of the currently active models, bringing up a thumbnail of a model as we roll our cursor over the name. This could be similar to how commercial sites pop-up a larger image of a product when we roll our cursor over the preview thumbnail.

I designed the interface to keep that section scrolled under the bottom of your browser window unless you decide to scroll to it. If you resize your window or drag the video scale dragger, the interface will move that block of text back under the bottom of your browser window. Quote
I use Windows 8.1 and Firefox 27.0.1, if that helps. Quote

Also, I meant to announce this a couple weeks ago but for those of you who are missing the forums link which was at the bottom of the page within the old interface, we moved that to the 'More' menu at the top of the page. Quote
edgarph, if you click on the tab for other online performers, then run your cursor over the gear symbol at the top next to where it says "more rooms", you can choose how you want to organize the online performers.

Thank you Doug
New interface is smoother than before and much more improved
If the fix to turn off/on emotions is a harder fix , could you limit emoticons to use only 6 or so to be used in a row ?
Some members and basics send as many as possible over and over . Makes the screen hard to watch .
I appreciate you making ALL the emoticons the same size .
Thank you Quote

I also noticed today that there is no ability to tip during a Group Show.
Quote
Mentioned it before, but nothing was changed. The new interface does not allow members to tip during Group Chat. It does allow them to repeat pledge, but this may not always be to the member's taste.
Initially, when the new interface was introduced, tipping WAS permitted, not only during the Group Chat, but also during the pledge period leading up to the group chat. This was a change from the old interface, when tipping during the pledge period was disabled.
I suggest, as well as making tipping available during Group Chat on the new interface, that it also be made available during the pledge period. That way, members who may want to specifically TIP the model rather than pledge to the Group Chat will be able to do so. It may be that the members cannot stay long enough to finish the pledge period or for the entire length of the Group Chat, but still want the model to receive the tip credits. Making tipping available during the pledge period will allow them to do so. Quote

I can also see the argument for being able to tip during the Group Chat pledge period, but I see disadvantages as well. It doesn't help the performer to meet his target, and it may also cause confusion. Members might mistakenly give tips instead of pledges and find that they are not part of the group chat.

100% the new chat system is very difficult to read and keep up with and is honestly a huge step backward for VS compared to the flash chat system. All I can see is this new system is going to alienate the users and make them move to other sites that can be read and followed easily. There are a lot of things wrong with the site in the last few months and when I do have the time will be writing it up fully, honestly my opinion of the site in the state it is in now is the worst I have ever seen it and become a very poor service compared to what it use to be. This is regarding studios that are working on VS now that are very poor and very poor performers and to to top it all off the chat system changes are making the site worse too. I'm not even going to go into the site monitoring that is clearly not there any more and the ridiculous things some performers are doing in open chat and the ridiculous amount of basic users that are in most cases even admitting to be under 18 users. The chat has become a playground for people under 18 on the internet to waste time on now and left the adults that use the service to wonder what is going on. The promos that are running all the time should just be given to the same people that always win them and clearly the system for the promos needs changing to encourage other performers to come online and work and as we see many of the good performers have left the site or moved to other sites. Another big mistake from VS was allowing multicast with models on many sites at once and not taking notice of their rooms on VS because they are too busy typing private or go away or worse they even state they are in private on another site and can't chat or won't chat on VS because the other site has payers there and they are not interested in even chatting on VS. Another huge mistake was the "twitter" use and how performers are direct messaging users to do shows on Skype now and other sites they work on, nice way to loose business was allowing such a bad idea to be used and is clearly abused by many performers and is easy to see on their twitter when they even advertise "Skype shows".
The site needs to go back to it's roots not this mess its turned into that clearly is going wrong when companies like "playboy" that use to be part of the VS chat system left to other services or created their own chat system, reason they left was the poor quality performers at the time and I can see why they wouldn't want their name tarnished by such a poor setup that it turned into. Clearly the management of the site has lost the ability to control and manage the site in a manner it use to operate. Sorry VS but the site is very poor now and you need to go back to basics and look at some of the problems and start using the promos to encourage performers to work and not the same winning people over and over, the random draws are clearly also not random to anyone that watches the results.
I will write a full write up when I have time to explain these problems that are clearly there with the chat system now and the site's image is now is very poor and the way these "promos" are done are outright ridiculous now and upsetting many customers and performers how the site is running such events. It maybe even time to remove these promos in the form they are in and start sticking the funds for these contests in a more useful way to all performers that work sensibly instead of giving the same performers these promo prizes over and over and are the performers that clearly don't need to be encouraged or need these prizes.
Anyways I'm sure VS see this but clearly no one is doing anything to fix some of the things that have cropped up and have clearly not emailed customers that have left why they are leaving to find out what the problems are and why they are leaving the site and in most cases I see the users on other sites now and not VS. Simple reason is the poor performers now are a problem and the studios that are working on VS now are terrible and clearly are not even keeping models there is one studio every week has different performers now because they are clearly not telling the performers what the job involves and they leave when they find out, the studio where all their performers are sat on chairs as if it's an office is clearly in the wrong job. VS watch the chat and the system you run as a customer and ask yourself would you pay ? Time to go back to basics and encourage "performers" not gold diggers and beggars that have destroyed the chat. I'm not sure what it was like without Twitter being allowed, but though it may be abused by some, I have found it to be extremely helpful in communicating with the models I follow. If they remember to tweet about it, I can find out in advance when they're going to be online, or if they're online at all. The current Notification system is notorious for being ineffectual and unreliable--just last night I received a notification that a model was online AFTER the model had already been online for 3 or 4 hours. I have received notifications AFTER a model has logged off. In fairness, I've also received notifications within moments of a model logging on, but this lack of consistency is very frustrating.
I will agree that the current chat system is inundated with basic users, though I haven't seen any claim to be under 18. However, it would be helpful if all the basic users were colored grey again instead of white...it is difficult for members to know who to encourage to tip or pledge, and who to not waste our breath on. It would also be helpful if the automated users that appear in open chat for guest users weren't so ridiculously rude and setting such poor examples for guests and new members...
Promos probably do need to be overhauled, or at least the promo contests do. And yet, I have seen new models rise up and displace older, more experienced models...not easily, but it has happened. And while it does become frustrating to see the same performers winning promo after promo--in some cases after being online for only 1-2 hours with a single particularly generous benefactor doing all the funding--in other cases these performers might also have been working hard some or most of the day to climb to the top (which of course makes it all the more galling when those other performers hop online for those couple of hours and displace those who worked hard all day, but I digress).
As to the type being left-justified or whatever, with so many people texting and such, the chat layout of the new interface is not an issue. It takes some getting used to, but on the whole it is not a major hardship to deal with. Having all the text the same size, where before the model's type was about 1.5 times larger, and enclosed in bubbles makes it rather easier to see than before. Another plus is that the large emoticons no longer crowd all the chat up and off the screen.
As for the quality of the models online, the studios they work for, and what the models are doing on cam in open chat, that does need addressing. The first is the responsibility of the studios, and there will always be those that are better and those that are sub-par, and they will filter out eventually. Same for the studios--those that put the effort into guiding and supporting their performers will survive, those that don't will not. And unfortunately, there's no way for VS to know who will succeed and who will not. Yes, we're the ones who wind up being impacted, but it is your choice to let it bother you or not. As to what models do on cam in open chat, I've seen some things, heard about others...as I understand it, the studios monitor their models, some closely, others not so much. All we can do is either not visit certain performers anymore, or report them to VS for doing questionable things on cam and let VS deal with the situation.
I apologize for disagreeing with some of your arguments, though I do understand your position and your points. Quote
