Tuesday 11/19 I received a recording for a piece of a show with Dasty from July 30, 2013.

Just encountered the same non recording issue, a 20 min $100 show with Tiffany H hasn't recorded for me. contacted Customer Services after 48 hrs as suggested only to be told "we don't guarantee every show is recorded, but you had your show in the first place so whats the problem". I've replied that i'm not spending any more creds on the site until they can actually give me a proper explanation as to what went wrong, rather than just generic fobbing off.

Likewise, missing two shows, one from 11/24, one from 11/28. Both short, but still would like to have them available to me. This happened before, back in March or so. Any chance this can be addressed quickly?

On March 3rd I had a private show with model Isacc Fox. I spent over 10,000 in credits on the show and it has yet to show up within my recorded shows. Usually my private shows appear the next day, first time I am experience this problem.
Help would be more than welcomed.
