Guys can you help?
It appears when I attempt to go private I have an issue with connecting, sometimes even entering rooms from the front screen.
Can you come up with any solutions to sort this situation? I am not that computer savvy so if anyone can explain in basic terms that will help.

Can anyone share what the solution is to Error 912 (unable to connect to chat). I have tried refresing the borwser and no luck. I am using IE. Thanks.
