At the very least you should receive a response saying that you have their attention and your email has been forwarded to the appropriate department for further investigation

You could ask Bisport to write on your behalf, since he gets prompt and helpful responses :)

OR

You could email brad@vs.com, giving the date and time of your original email and asking when you can expect a response. But of course you need to be sure that any response that VS might have sent you hasn't gone to your junk mail folder

I've had the same experience with emails, and felt the same way. I just sent one on a new issue, so we'll see what happens this time.

Also they reply to everything I have ever sent them that requires a reply. Check your email filters guys/girls and make sure they are not getting thrown in the spam folders and add customerservice@vs.com to your safe lists.

Well, my issue (missing pvt VODs) got solved. Don't know if it was in response to the emails or just the system working through a 3 or 4 day backlog. did not get any response emails.

I've been waiting for over a month now. I've emailed several times and called several times. I received one response saying they would get back to me by the next day. like I said, it has been over a month!
