Technical Support: video audo issues from russian studios this week

Has anyone else noticed a significant deterioration in video and audio quality from the Russian studios this week? Freezing video, slow almost slideshow updating, choppy audio, black screen for 20 secs when connecting to rooms. This seems to be unique to VS and not impacting their simulcast sites, or at least not as badly.

Not sure if it was related or not, but we finally had to take our NYC datacenter offline as its still suffering from degraded performance after the storm. I could imagine that some routes from Russia are affected by what has been happening on the east coast.
