Technical Support: Feature Shows - HELP

i am a vip trying to see feature shows. the system says i need to become a vip. "customer support" had me do several things none of which worked. does anyone know wtf is wrong with flirt's system in this regard? again, vip can't see feature shows because system thinks i am not vip but only when it comes to feature shows...HELP

When I used to be vip, whenever I just renewed, I had to log out then log back in to get to some features.

thank you...i finally accidently found the solution...i had to delete all browser history, delete cookies, do a disk cleanup, disable and reenable my credit card (same card) and then it finally worked....it's a shame flirt support is so worthless..thanks again for your response
