I keep getting Error 912 when trying to connect with any model. I have tried refreshing the browser, deleting cookies, reinstalling Flash, turning off my firewall, even using different browsers. Nothing seems to work. Customer service's only suggestion was to try Firefox, but that did not work either. I am using IE, but have tried Chrome and Firefox as well. Must be a setting on my PC. Anyone have any ideas?

As this is a site message, the site should be able to explain why you are receiving it
Customer Service suggested you try Firefox - you tried Firefox but you still got the error, so did you get back to them and tell them their idea didn't help and ask for more suggestions? Keep onto them - they have people who are paid to solve members' problems, and if all they could come up with was a suggestion you try Firefox that's not good enough in my opinion - they should know what causes this type of error
If all else fails contact them again on Monday morning and ask to speak to a Tech Quote
You might try ~temporarily~ disabling any firewalls you have in place and see if the problem persists. Please do make sure you turn your firewall back on if you choose to give it a shot.
Since this only a guess, I'm going to dig a little further and see if I can find anything obviously wrong on our end.
