Technical Support: VOD Missing from My Shows

In a new variant of the missing VOD for a VIP private show occasional issues, I have a show where the VOD shows up under the model's VOD page and I can pay for it, but it never showed up on My Shows. It was a multi-user show that I believe I was the only participant in. The 4:59 duration on the VOD matches the 200 credits at 40 cpm that is in my show history, so it seems unlikely that it is someone else's copy of the multiuser show and mine was lost. I've never had problems with multi-user show VODs before in this regard, even when there were multiple participants.
I sent an email to customer support to see if they can resolve it, but if the tech folks see this, it is the Julies X show from 11/27 at 7:49pm EST. The link to his VOD is

The customer service manager just got back to me about the show you referenced. Apparently your show with Julies_X did not properly import as part of the Video-On-Demand archives, and the show you're seeing is someone else's show.
We do apologize for the inconvenience and I will be putting in a request for you to be compensated credits to watch the VOD you referenced.

Thanks for the research and the credits. Interesting that someone else must have put exactly 200 credits in their wallet and entered at the same time I did. I assume the credits are done in a way that the model is not adversely impacted.

Correct the models is not impacted when the site does a refund or credits you this way.

...Nubia I am disappointed that you have not replied to the 2 emails I sent you about missing time on 2 of my VOD's. Oddly they are both with the same model!
