Technical Support: VOD storyboard time codes don't match

The time codes in the storyboard images that show on the VOD pages appear to be approximately 30 seconds ahead of the actual time code when playing the video. For example, the image that is shown as 2:58 actually occurs at 2:28 when playing the video. I don't know if the 30 second number is consistent across all videos or not, but I've seen this on both recent and old videos. An example that illustrates it is the Loker video from 12/2/2012 of duration 4:59 at link

btw, i really like the storyboard images shown this way with the time codes, in addition to flipping through them when you hover over a video on the selection pages. Quote
