I run a mac computer, and have the newest version of flash (10.3 for Mac OSX)
But The browser software will not come up.

I have restarted, and reinstalled flash to make sure, but it keeps saying I need flash 11, and then the link sends me to Flash 10.3 again.
I'm not sure how to fix this problem, but I wont be able to broadcast if I dont.

On your mac - click on settings, system preferences, other, click on flash Player icon, advanced tab, check allow adobe to update, and click on check now, the flash version should be at least 11.5 -

What internet browser are you using on the mac too ? Maybe try Firefox for mac too if you don't have that and install flash too for mac too for it.
