My credit card that I use for buying credits and paying VIP membership is about to expire. However, when I go to add a new payment account it wants me to buy credits, which I don't want to do at the moment.
The edit links in the 'Payment Accounts' page are completely unresponsive so I can't change the card number of the existing enabled account.
Does anybody have any idea?

I had this problem recently when I changed my credit card
I couldn't find a way to register the new card without buying credits
You will also find that you can't remove the old credit card, you can only "disable" it Quote

Asti, I find that very hard to believe. Brad has told us that ALL emails receive a response. He wouldn't have lied to us, would he?

Phil, there's something seriously wrong when even you don't get a response from Customer Service Quote
...I find that I only get a responce if I send an email to someone, not just to C/S.
