Technical Support: Crash?

For a while today I saw just 4 models on the Girls side and couldn't access the Guys side at all. Such a lovely feeling when it is all back to normal 
I'm not going to complain, though. I think VS do a brilliant job of keeping this complex site operational 99% + of the time. That is by far the most important thing they have to do.
I would add that I have done hundreds of pvt, multi, group and party shows and the financial side of things has been perfect - I am always charged the correct credits and they always go to the correct model. That is quite an achievement.
Although I am not happy with the way VS take member benefits away and call that an "improvement" I feel they should be given a lot of praise for the amazing work they do behind the scenes.
