Lola Ask this question in the studio forums dear, also if you logged in as a grey user to your room while online and you saw other chatters that are not on your performer application, ignore them is all I can say here. If you get a members account you will see as you see on the performer application the "messages" from the real members and grey users.

If you login to the https://studios.vs.com/ and look for the performer & studio chat (forums) and do a search for "houston I have a problem" in the top right of the page while in the forum section you will see the answer there too regarding what you asked when you click that topic.
