Technical Support: Error: You do not have access to view this performer

Last month I bought some VODs to watch, now I'm have a strange "technical" problem accessing anything for a particular performer, Travis Steel. I get an error msg stating, "You do not have access to view this performer." I had access to him as recent as 4-5 weeks ago when I bought & viewed some of his VOD shows, favorited him, signed up for & still receive email notifications when he's online (although I can't access his shows, profile, anything). It's like I'm completely blocked or something, but I've never actually interacted with him online. Where do I go to get this frustration solved?!! I'd love to watch some of his VODs again, but if not possible cuz I really am "blocked" I'd like to delete the VOD history from my pages, and remove the "favorite" & email notices. Please advise, thanks! - dickey69

I have no problem viewing his profile or VODs. Sounds like he blocked your area which sometimes models have to do for protection/privacy.
Nothing you can do except maybe privately email Travis and inquire about if situation is permanant or not. Quote

I have no problem viewing his profile or VODs. Sounds like he blocked your area which sometimes models have to do for protection/privacy.
Nothing you can do except maybe privately email Travis and inquire about if situation is permanant or not.
Thanks, I really appreciate the input. Perhaps my username is close to someone he had a bad experience with. Like I mentioned in my post, I've never caught him live on-line, so I've never actually interacted with him. Since I can't access his profile, I don't think I'll be able to email him privately either. Thanks again Quote

If you are blocked it is because of your location, and has nothing to do with your username

I was going to start a thread but the above comment addresses part of the issue I wish to raise.
It is true you can email a model who has blocked your area but I understand because of that block you can't receive their reply. A model who frequently blocked the USA when they took a couple days off told me that. Does anyone or VS know if that is true? Thank you, any assistance is appreciated.
