Technical Support: VODs Not Avalible
There is a model who has not been online for a year. But her VODs are still not playable just like the message members see when a model is in the top %.

She's currently in the top 3% of models so you won't be able to access her VODS while she is in the top 3%. That's normal and how the system is meant to work.

Yes if her customers have been power boosting her or sending her gifts in that time. Also she may have come online in a day and been in private a lot, that will take her back up to the top 3% easily too.
