Technical Support: VODs not playing back

Maybe it's only temporary but when I click any VOD at the moment I get "Loading" and the little wheel going round for ages but nothing else ... ie: no vid starts to play. I'll check back tomorrow and see if it's fixed

Could you please right-click on the player and see what version is being displayed to you? My tests with v1.1.67 have all worked. If you've got what appears to be an older version you might try clearing your cache and retrying.

This was happening for me last night. I didn't do anything to fix it and by this morning all VODs were playing like normal.

Yes, same exact thing here. I cleared Firefox cache and I even tried Chrome with the same result. I get version 1.1.67 when I right click on the video. I am at the latest Flash (11.7.700.202) in case it matters. If you need me to run a Wireshark packet capture let me know.

I wonder if one of the VOD servers is experiencing problems and it depends on what server you logon to.

You get a star for the day. This wound up being the culprit. VOD should be working fine again for everyone. Please post here again if any problems persist. Quote
