Technical Support: Negative VODs?
When view the profiles of some models, I have noticed that somehow they have a negative number of VODs. Yet they have VODs showing under "Popular Recorded Shows" and a link to "More" Videos. Yet, on that page it reads XXXX XXXX has -YY (minus YY) recorded private shows available. But on the page there might be more than 16 showing. How is this possible?

It was a serious question, because one of my favorites does not have the Videos tab at the top of his profile page, and the only way to see his available VODs is by clicking the "More>" link. On that page, it says -11 recorded shows, but there are 16 showing. I would very much like to know why this happened, and if it is a glitch, then VS should know about it, as I have also noticed it on some other profile pages. Quote

There's a probably related bug that's been there forever on the pages for individual videos. When I see it, it is for a model who has all of their videos marked unshareable, but I have a link to one of them because I have a recorded pvt. For example, the following video for me says Mopasan has - other shows. (This would normally be a link, but it is inactive since the number is Quote

Looks like the forum truncated my post because of the link to the video. All of my Mopasan and Dasty videos show this.

I had seen the issue with Tyler Dean's profile page, but when I checked it just now it reads correctly. Where before it said -11 while showing 16 VODs, now it says 16, and the tab for Videos is now in place. Another name I had spotted this issue for was Chaz Muska, in which it said -6 and while showing 1 VOD, but now it just says 1. Whatever was done on your end, thank you for clearing things up.

I think this is not quite related to the issue I observed, which was actually saying the model had a negative number of VODs. Unless I am mistaken, the "-" there is to indicate that the model does have other VODs--that is to say, they are not new to the site--but they are blocked by the studio so we are unable to view them. Quote
