Unlike FBI - who is generally always interrested in everything I mail - Customer Support seems to be 24/7/365 on vacation. Anyone ever got any reply after using the form ?
Since they updated the account page it never ever worked for me.
I checked spam folder - I checked trash bin (even the one in my kitchen) - NADA - not a single mail.
Sometimes times solves problems - sometimes problems stay a miracle forever - so it would be nice to get at least feedback that my concern will be processed ( even if that is not true - feedback sometimes is a great feeling - it makes you think that someone cares about your probs)
Maybe I am wrong - and my questions which I sent to customer support are only delayed because they stick in the PRISM queue.

I also contacted customersupport@vs last night and my problem was handled within minutes.

I probably should not have edited down my original post to simply stating I emailed CS. As jeffie asked I did use the customersupport@vs.com link. I don't remember ever using the "Submit Help Request" when needing assistance. When clicking the "Support" link the email option is first choice we see.
If anyone needs assistance I would recommend using it over the "Submit Help Request."
