As of last night I was unable to access the page for purchasing credits. Using Internet Explorer the message is "IE is unable to display this webpage" and using google chrome it sends me to "My Accounts" page when I click on the "Buy Credits" link, never letting me get to the purchasing page. I emailed Customer Service late last night so until I hear from them I was wondering is anyone else experiencing this problem? Thank you.

Asti, as of 02:11pm EuropeanSummertime access was possible on IE and Firefox for me.

sometimes you have to logout before you clear the cache and then log back in.

Wonderboi, if you mean logout of the site before clearing the cache, I was on my home page not the site when I cleared the history. Thanks for the suggestion though.

VS if this helps you fix the problem I use Windows XP and I'm on IE 7 or 8.

Glad to hear you are having no troubles jeffie. Usually when the site has these hiccups we are in the same boat.

ATTN: Customer Service, now when I try to access the purchase page on Google Chrome I get an error message that reads: You attempted to reach billing.vs.com, but the server presented an invalid certificate.

Is anyone working on this issue? A response is appreciated.

I meant to logout from the site using the link at the top of most every page, not just close the browser window/tab. When you login again it sometimes refreshes things otherwise saved in cookies. I used to have this problem a lot and this is how I got around it.

I have the same setup too (also with Compatibility View turned off) and can access the page ok. I have just bought credits today, including the extra 30% free available to VIP members (until Oct 5).

Thanks jeffie and ronnie, but I know it isn't the Compatibility view. It makes too many other problems I'd notice if I was accidently in that mode.

Hi Guy, I was going to ask if you had done something on your end. After I removed Chrome I noticed in IE I had the ability to access the purchase page. I like to think it is something you did but is it possible Chrome messed everything up? I rarely used it and never had a problem before but these last couple days were annoying. Thank you for making it work for me. I appreciate your assistance.
I am curious what you had to do to fix this, incase it happens again. Thank you again for taking care of this. :)
