You mentioned that you unable to go private due to a connection issue. Could you please provide a few more details about this problem?
Maybe you could give me a quick rundown on what happens after you try to log into a show.
Thanks,

Connection to PVT seems to take hours ( in reality it is around 20 to 30 secs until vid appears but it feels like hours - I sometimes am nearby finishing PVT before it starts) - and vid often freeze with model getting fault connection error or timeout message - that happened in a couple of rooms lately mostly european models.
In PVT it happens that I get kicked out with connection error message on model side - in one PVT it was approx 2 min before PVT ended.
In other rooms I get asked if I can still see model as she gets connection messages over and over.
That lately seems to be a more and more serious problem for eastern europe models - especially when it is past midnight on westcoast.
As there are problems also with vods - where often is a "connection to VS server fault" - it looks for me like a problem for european connection and not only one sided model or member.
One thing I have to correct - I can go PVT (with that long entry time) - I only fear with those lots of freezes that I could get kicked out PVT.
I raised that topic a couple of times via mail and in tech forum - but unfortunatelly mostly in earliest morning times US (noon time europe) - and lately it looks like that all threads which get created here in technical forum within sleepin time westcoast get deleted that fast - that even Mandy gets jealous. The first thing I will need to start troubleshooting this will be the private interface version number.
When the video appears, all you need to do is right click on the video object and a small menu will pop up. At the top of that menu, it will list the version of the interface. Would you please write that version down and post it in this thread?
Also, would you mind telling me which browser you are using please?
That will give me a good starting point to start narrowing down where the issue is occurring.
Thanks,
