Technical Support: Many of my shows are not being recorded or now missing??

Anyone else missing shows? They range from 600+ credits to 200 , and have been occurring at random it seems?

I was told private shows must be 300 credits to be recorded and in your collection , I have in the past been in long shows but the performer was then in another network or multi user and the video I never got, but I get all my shows always on f4f, thank u f4f !!

All private shows are recorded. If the recorded show is at least 240 seconds in length (4 minutes), it is then posted to the VOD section of the site. It is not related to how many Credits the show was, because with offer for example people can make lower offers than the 300 credits for 240 seconds in length(4 minutes) VOD . Quote

tuffenuff7 maybe models are disabling the videos ? Have you asked the performers you are missing their VODS if they disabled the VODS ? If they reply they haven't maybe contact customer support so they can check their end is fine.

Shows may not be available for a number of reasons:
- The performer set the video to private.
- There was an error in the recording process and/or the file was corrupted during transfer.
- Yes, videos must be a minimum of 4 minutes to become part of the video archives.

Thank you I appreciate the info although these shows are from guys I know well, and they are all in the last few months. will put a list together and give to CS, but its almost 2000 minutes worth and thats a lot of money dont yall think? I am also seeing some double charges on my bill that don't show up on here as time purchased. Just saying guys it helps to be watchful, im sure its just a glitch, but you have to report it to them.

I am running into this problem alot this week. I have 4 shows ranging form 21 minutes to 110 minutes in length that are not in my archives. I Have contacted support and they promise they are not lost but delayed. Some of these models I have other recordings of so i know it isnt because they are disabled. It upsets me after spending over $200 in a pvt for it not to be available. I kow the shows even wehn disabled are recorded just hidden. I WANT MY ARCHIVED VIDEOS

I had the same issue earlier this week for the first time. I had 2 privates with the same model a week ago - one showed up in my account within an hour after the show, the other private showed up 2 days later. So, although not lost, there was a delay. Another show I'd yesterday with another model went through without such problem.

Sorry to hear of missing VODs, but I don't think it is fair to add further criticism. Credit where it is due...
I have had nearly 100 private/multi shows in 2015, and only one VOD didn't appear (*). Most of the VODs arrived within an hour of the show, which is considerably better than in previous years. So, well done VS
(*) the VOD that didn't appear was a multi-user show where the performer told me that 5 members joined and left the show at different times. I have always been impressed that members can expect a unique VOD for their segment of a multi-user show. Not surprised that this might occasionally go wrong. Quote

NOW ALL YOUR PRIVATE SHOWS ARE POSTED ON THE WEB. Even if you ""own it and mark it private they have it available with full sound for anyone to hear and see. Just type the models name and "porn " after that and hit search.

Is there a log i can look at to see prvt's i might of done this past month? I could swear that i did a prvt with a model, however the VOD has never showed up. Before I say something to the model i would like to make sure that I actually did a show with them. A couple of years ago i knew where to look,
