Technical Support: Old Interface, Please!
Can you restore the older interface page, please? I find the new one very difficult, and I'm not able to see my favorites beneath the model I chat with.

I would like to add my voice to this call. I cannot go private and use C2C because the new interface doesn't allow my microphone to work. I have always switched back to the old interface to do C2C, but now you have taken it away. Could you please at least bring back the option? Or better yet, have you surveyed any members about the new interface to get their feedback? I just can't imagine anyone who prefers it. Why fix something that wasn't broken?

When the new interface was first introduced, members WERE asked to provide feedback, and feedback continues to be submitted. An explanation was also given as to why the new interface was developed and implemented: to keep pace with current technology and transition from a Flash-based interface to a HTML5-based interface.
I cannot speak to your difficulties with the c2c, especially as I do not use it myself, but I have found the new interface to be reasonably user-friendly. It is different from the old interface...but I made myself use the new one and am now comfortable with it.

Seems that new interface provides more interactive marketing and potential for more revenue...but is it really an upgrade to the regular user...growing pains from upgrade may not be worth the improvements to the average member...

@ken_HKG The flash interface in private is still available to you if you need an alternative for now. We only removed support for the flash open interface.
We are going to find out why this is happening to you and find a solution so that you don't have to rely on the older interface anymore. If it worked for the old C2C, it should be able to work for the new one, so it's just a matter of finding that reason why.

Thats a tricky one because youd have to allow your new interface browser permissions threw settings, while youre in private. Costing money to do technical stuff :/ ..
Or you could try to allow the whole browser to defaultly always allow mic and camera. What browser is it? Quote
