Or better yet, have you surveyed any members about the new interface to get their feedback? I just can't imagine anyone who prefers it. Why fix something that wasn't broken?
ken_HKG, you need to read this thread in the News & Announcements Forum :

When the new interface was first introduced, members WERE asked to provide feedback, and feedback continues to be submitted. An explanation was also given as to why the new interface was developed and implemented: to keep pace with current technology and transition from a Flash-based interface to a HTML5-based interface.
I cannot speak to your difficulties with the c2c, especially as I do not use it myself, but I have found the new interface to be reasonably user-friendly. It is different from the old interface...but I made myself use the new one and am now comfortable with it.

I have tried two new browsers on my Android phone to get to where I see video, and not just chat text....not sure how much more I'm willing to try before going elsewhere... Quote

We are going to find out why this is happening to you and find a solution so that you don't have to rely on the older interface anymore. If it worked for the old C2C, it should be able to work for the new one, so it's just a matter of finding that reason why.
I see that you created a forum post about this, so I will be sure to use that post as we debug this problem. Quote
Thats a tricky one because youd have to allow your new interface browser permissions threw settings, while youre in private. Costing money to do technical stuff :/ ..
Or you could try to allow the whole browser to defaultly always allow mic and camera. What browser is it? Quote
