why are you not allowing purchased credit to be used?

This sounds like a Customer Service issue to me. Obviously they will need your name and credit card number to resolve the issue and you can't post that information here, so I suggest you contact them direct :

Hi, @ourjeffie is right, best thing to do is to call our Customer Service department directly and they'll be able to assist you immediately
