As you can see from this screenshot, http://tinypic.com/r/9iybmd/8 , the model went multi-user private, but as you see there is no buttons under the video so others can join the show, seen this happen in a few rooms now and yes I cleared my cache and all the blaa blaa ... Resolution I'm on is 1920x1200, latest flash and latest Firefox.

Just to add this model in the screenshot was set to "Multi-User" only in her room, that may help you to track the problem down, it could be for that room type only it is doing that for.

I experienced this same issue and sent a message to Customer Service. I was not zoomed in. It only happens when the model has the feed aspect set for widescreen; standard aspect displays both the tip button and the "Go Voyeur" or "Join Multi-User" button normally. As I postulated in the e-mail, perhaps it is a result of the code being used to insert the green "Tip Me" button being incompatible with the widescreen aspect...or perhaps not. Quote

No I wasn't zoomed in at the time. Let me explain a bit more to what happened and add another screenshot for you.

I went into the room and the performer was in private and it displayed that problem. She later came out of private and her room was actually set to widescreen not the 4:3 aspect ratio it was showing while in private.


1. ( http://tinypic.com/r/6yl54z/8 ) Screenshot when I went into the room, with the problem showing, I tried to refresh the room and did a full refresh and cleared my cookies and cached files went back to the room and still was in a private show and still same problem.


2. ( http://tinypic.com/r/250sfat/8 ) Screenshot model came out of private later and as you see the room is now widescreen aspect ratio with her video actually in 4:3 in the widescreen ratio. It is also now showing the buttons under the video correctly, I waited in her room hoping she will go private again and for the problem to reappear but she never got another private that I noticed.


Also as you will see from the problem screenshot to the one where she came out of private and working correctly I was not using the browser zoom. Quote
