It worked in the old GUI.
It works on the test page.
It does not work in pvt.
Could you help me get it working?
Do you have some real test page that really can show weather it works with the new gui?
If not, can you provide technical information that I can google? do you use some particular video format? what ports does it use? and so on Quote

It's Flash Player so you need to make sure all ports that Flash Media Server uses are open and working correctly, so check any firewall rules / NAT (network address translation) / Proxy and any security suite you may have running.

Make sure they all say Success when the auto test runs and then when you run the test below too, sometimes the auto test may say failed on some, so refresh the page and try again.
Also you never mentioned what Linux version or distro you are using. Quote

1. Right click the models video and select Flash Player Settings.
2. Go to the Privacy Tab in Flash Player settings and click "Allow" and "Remember" if you have the Remember option too. Then close the Flash Player settings.
3. Now try starting Cam2Cam and hopefully it should work.
Just also make sure that if you have a problem with it to check a models room that has had customers that day that could use Cam2Cam without any problems, this will rule out any problems from the models end. So do try a few rooms and not just the room causing you problems. Quote

ANY ONE GOT ANY IDEAS.
I have tried all suggested remedies as suggested in the thread and also in the VIP General Discussion Forum regarding cam2cam problems.
Below my recent post in the VIP forum but regret nobody has offered any suggestions as to how to resolve the problem.

About 1 month ago I started having trouble getting my camera to work in privates when using FIREFOX browser on my desk computer.
As expected the cam2cam test shows all ok but when actully in the models private room and attempting to activate my camera not all icons appear in the FlashPlayer settings box. I am able to select the camera but there is no icon to get to the privacy box to Allow or Deny camera sharing. The system just attempts to connect and after about 1 minute gives some message that cannot connect to server.
The camera works perfectly if using Internet Explorer. The full privacy setting for flashplayer appear and I am able to select camera and click Allow.
My set up is :-
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit Service Pack 1
Firefox 34.0.5
Adobe Flash Player 16.0.0.235
MCfee (BT Netprotect plus)
Current Speedtest 11.81 Mbps
Wifi Internet Connection
All caches have been cleared and both Firefox and Flashplayer deleted and re loaded but the problem in Firefox persists.
I have the exact same setting on my laptop and that works perfectly in Firefox.
Any ideas please of why I cannot use my camera in Firefox on my desktop computer?
(I reported this to Admin (Techinical section) several weeks ago and they could only suggest clear caches etc and use Firefox in preference. That is what I was doing.
