Can someone confirm for me that it is the model who receives the 50 credits/supervote - Thanks

The model gets nothing. The fraction that would normally go to the model goes to the "jackpot".

You've got that absolutely correct. Unless she later places in the top 5 in the contest, the model doesn't get one red cent of the money from that "supervote"

The charm of the viewers choice was that there were no credits involved. With the super vote the risk is created that this will turn into the Big Spenders Choice award.

Yellow Claw is absolutely right. We know how a big spender vote will end up, just a mirror of most credits category. Still I like the Supervote logo. Fun to tip, supervote, and boost in sequence. Simple pleasure for me is best.

I may have this wrong, but the problem with the "SuperVote" is that it doesn't do much for the model as far as FOTY is concerned. It only helps the model win the "Viewer's Choice" award. So, if you want to help your favorite model reach the Top 10 Models of the Year, it's better to tip your model 50 credits than "waste" them on a "Viewer's Choice" award.

ok i realise this post is from a few years back and things might have changed since then but when i tipped my fav for the 2017 viewers choice contest (excluding site commission) did each girl i tip get half the credits and the other half go in to the overall pot? This might explain why one of the girls got angry and told me not to tip for the contest as she knew she wouldn't see any of the cash.

Yes, when FOTY was active, it was clearly printed that Supervotes cost 50 credits. Half go to the model, and half go in the prize pool.
