Technical Support: Model notifications stopped

It's the old, old story - after working satisfactorily for a while my model online notifications have stopped again. The models are online but I'm not getting the notification emails

It's a miracle! I hadn't received a model online notification for 4 days, but 4 minutes after I posted the above post I received notifications for 2 models who were already online without me changing a thing
