As a vip when using attachments i notice some will go through and some don't, i know it needs to be jpg files only and my files are jpg but not all will go through.was wandering if you could give me any suggestions ?

Yes, ChrisDK is correct. The total attachment file size cannot exceed 300 kb and an error message will appear if it does. Do you get an error message when the jpg file does not upload?
